The new online service for the Postgraduate Medical Education Trainiing Board is changing the way GP's in the U.K. are certified.

A major facet of PMETB’s work is to ensure that doctors are appropriately qualified and certified for application to the Specialist and General Practice (GP) Registers. Doctors are legally required to be on the Specialist or GP Registers if they wish to practice as a substantive consultant or GP in the NHS.

There are various traditional routes to the Specialist and GP Registers, but weblabs has created a thorough online application and adminstration system to manage 1000's of applications, including integration with online payments systems.

Now the process of applying for a Certificate of Completion of Training for GPs or specialists, who have completed a full PMETB-approved training programme, is online!
