Leisure Bookings : eGov system
An interactive system that allows customers to browse for and book activities for their children to partake in.
Client Side
Customers able to browse for activities by date starting, category and name
Customers have their own user account in which they can add children too so these can then be booked onto an activity. Customer can also manage account details – all of which happens securely on the site.
Activities are clearly marked with descriptions, costs, spaces left, current status (available for booking etc…) and age ranges required for activity
Easy option to send activity information to friend's E-Mail address
Customer taken though secure booking process and has the ability to book either online or provisionally book a space and then pay at one of AVDC's offices
Discounts are available through a system called PTL (Passport to Leisure) which is a general discount scheme designed and run by AVDC to give families on benefits discounts for various city activities
Admin Side
Admin can create, edit, delete, publish and unpublish activities using a simple workflow based system. Discounts, costs, number of places available, activity leaders and other needed information can be added easily and quickly
Admin able to manage PTL discount holders
Can take bookings from office or from telephone
Can manage outgoing E-Mail appearances and content
View reports indicating number based on activities booked, ethnicity, time. Also can export bookings data for more custom reports.
Can view and print off activity registers for activity leaders so they can manage and keep track of activities and their participants.
