Case Study: Healthcare Commission
The Healthcare Commission is the independent watchdog for healthcare in England. They assess and report on the quality and safety of services provided by the NHS and the independent healthcare sector, and work to improve services for patients and the public. In 2003 Web-labs was selected following a rigorous search through evaluation and tendering. Web-labs own e-forms product the ‘Forms master’ successfully built online forms to capture data from the NHS and private Healthcare providers throughout the UK.
